Chubby's is named after my youngest brother, Jesus 'Chubby', who got his nickname for being a chubby little baby. My parents are the cooks and have over 20 years of experience working in restaurants and innovating their kitchens, service, and guest perception.

One of my mom's favorite. Fresh oysters grilled over fire with some cheese, seasoning, onions, tomatoes.
After years of getting denied by landlords and property owners, we finally opened this location in 2025. It's an uphill battle but we are eternally grateful for the opportunity to host this space and meet wonderful people from all around.
